All products come with a 30 days limited warranty against manufacturers defects including bulbs, led outage, and water leak.
No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged in any way.

Damaged Items

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping.
All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged).
If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately with pictures so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier.
No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item receive.
When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with order number issued by our company clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Packages received without a valid order number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued.
If the item was damaged, defected, or wrong item shipped, our RMA department will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email if needed, also UPS claim will be filed, we will have to wait until the claim approved before we can exchange any item for customers.
Installation is HIGHLY recommended to be done by skilled technicians who have the proper tools, equipment, and training to correctly and safely add equipment to your vehicle. These procedures should not be attempted by “do-it-yourselfers. Parts that are modified in any way or damaged as result of improper installation will not approved for return.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for issue of your RMA number.
Please allow 10-14 Days to process your return or exchange once it has been received by our RMA department.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances, unless it is approved by return department.
Most of our products do not come with instructions and won't be provided, professional installation is highly recommended.

All domestic shipments are made via UPS Ground for mid and large size packages, small package are shipped via USPS post office. All domestic shipments outside of the continental 48 states and PO Boxes are shipped via USPS post office.

Shipping method will be determine by our company.
USPS shipping rate is strictly for HI, AK, GU, VI, PR, APO, FPO buyers only.
Local pick-ups are allow when available, but full amount is required.
Shipment to Canada are shipped via UPS Canada Standard, other international shipments are made via USPS Express Mail (EMS), tracking is available for EMS.

All small packages for International buyers including Canada, are shipped via USPS First-Class / Priority International Mail, no tracking # will be available, buyers assumes all risks for all lost packages.
International buyers are responsible for all brokerage fees and duty tax, these fees are not charged by our company, and are not included in the total amount of the auction.
