These are not refundable **** You may ship the part to us by any carrier you choose. We highly recommend Buyer request the carrier provide tracking (and insurance) for shipment at Buyer's expense. Once we have received your Core Return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund of the core charge will be issued within 7-10 business days.
