All of our computers include a brand new genuine copy of Windows.  Each computer will include the Windows installed with a new license.  The license is valid for Windows, NOT for Microsoft Office.  Microsoft Office is a separate program from Windows. 

We accept Paypal.  We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Florida deliveries are subject to 7% Florida State Sales Tax.

FREE shipping.  We will ship your laptop within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment.  Shipping is FREE to the 48 States.  Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please add $15.  You will receive a tracking number when the shipping label is created.  The tracking number will update in the evening once the courier picks up your computer.

Our laptops come with a 30 day warranty.  Refunds are offered within 30 days.  There is no warranty on the battery, but will work great when plugged into charger.

If there is a problem please contact us through eBay messages.  When emailing during the evening please allow until next business day for a response.  When emailing on weekends please allow until Monday morning for a response.  We are not responsible for 3rd party repairs.
