* There is always a 1 day delay of when your package is picked and dropped off at the post office. Pay before 2pm EST, it will be in the postal system the following day (ex: pay by 2pm Tuesday, it will be dropped off at the post office Wednesday morning. Pay after that time, it will be dropped off Thursday)
* There might be delays from once it is picked up and when it is scanned again. Please be patient, we know you want your product, but once it's out of our hands, we cannot hurry the other processes.
* If you choose Parcel Select as your shipping Method, please expect a lot of delays. We are experiencing shipping time between 5-10 business days, it's cheaper, but much slower than Priority. (The timeliness of service to or from destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may be affected by the limited availability of transportation).
* Once the package is dropped, it might not show up as scanned by USPS for up to a week. This is normal. It might say acceptance pending, but they have it and will only scan once it goes to a bigger hub.
* We do not work on Weekends (gotta enjoy life), orders placed and paid then will be packed and ready to be dropped off Tuesday morning!
* We offer combine shipping! Just add to cart and checkout once with all the items, shipping will adjust accordingly.
